What was the first thing you booked?
The registry office.
Hi The venue after checking with the registry office was available :)
Provisionally booked the venue but properly booked the registry office. Paying the deposit for the venue this Friday, which will be 2 years to the date :D x
Provisionally the venue until I had confirmation from the church :)
The church, my first choice was already booked up 18 months in advance. x
Registry office very quickly followed by the venue x

Church then the venue a day or two after x
Registrar followed by venue
Registry office and venue x
Provisionally held date at venue then confirmed that church was available that day.
Church, there was no point booking a reception venue then to find out the church wasn't available.
Venue but unfortunately we had to change venues 3 times for the ceremony and twice for the reception
My venue! X
The date I wanted and worked around that with everything else
Venue and registrar basically at the same time, couldn't get the date we originally wanted as the venue was already booked so had to do a week later. I don't know how people can book anything else first without knowing the venue has their date saved for them. Xx
Venue and registra xx
Church followed by venue, checked dates first though! Then entertainment xx
Registry office, then a week later venue for reception, then dress, invites, honeymoon, dj...i think that's all I've done...oh and suits same time as dress
Venue and church x
Provisionally the venue

Church and venue
Going between the two ....was booking the church & the village hall so they co-linked ...... Also Booked my girls who were going to be bridesmaids so they could Save the date .... Once we had worked out the date ...... X
Soon afterwards started the search for the dress as it took longer than expected to locate a skirt & corset top which I wanted time for altering the top to add sleeves & back with buttons ....
Same as most above. Provisional the venue, check availability & deposit the registrar then back to venue to book.
Venue then photographer, dj and makeup artist as I wanted specific people!
Registry office 1st to see what dates available then everything else after that xx

Provisionally booked the venue, can’t firm book until we’ve booked registry office can’t do that until 12 months before the date ...
Our Venue and Registry Office were done together so we knew the dates were secure and tied up together
Venue and officiant
Registry office and registra, then venue :)
Venue and registrar
Venue then registrar as soon as it was open on a year till the wedding!
We booked our venue then our registrar. We did book nearly 2 years in advance
Venue 3 years and one month in advance
Date and venue xx
Venue, although my hubby to be part owns the venue so didn't technically have to book it (the venue is newly open so there were no bookings when we decided) After I got the date... Videographer. Yes, I booked the video before the registrar. I would have fellt stupid if the registrar couldn't make it. Luckily my wedding is in 2019 and they were empty the entire day.
Venue... its the main thing you need!!
Venue, then registrar,
Hi, we met with venue first so we could pencil in a date then we had to book registrar before we could pay a deposit with our venue x
Church, then reception venue
Venue and registrar together. We will then be putting a deposit down on photographer and night time entertainment as these will be most expensive and don't wana leave it too late so we end up with crap
Venue and registrar within 10 mins of each other. As couldn't have one without the other.
Venue then contacted registry office but can’t book that till next year
Church then venue x
After the venue and registrar it was the cake xx
Venue I think.....
Venue then registry office x
The venue, not able to book registrar til 2 years in advance. So hopefully come May next year I get the first choice of slots on my day when the diary opens! X
Honeymoon to Disneyworld
Photographer. As I knew the one I wanted was busy most weekends and wanted it to be him!!
Ceremony first, then for some bizarre reason florist, band, photographer, and still deciding between two reception venues. Lol!!! Xxxxx
Venue then the registrar for the venue. We booked 20 months before wedding which is may next year.
Church & reception venue
Venue, any supplier you speak to asked when and where so they can give u a quote and confirm their availability
The curch...got engaged at 1pm and it was booked by 4pm lol....I only had 8 months and I wasn't getting married anywhere else
Honeymoon back in January, we are getting married in 2 weeks. Holiday now cancelled because of hurricane Irma now looking for last minute deal.
Church and next was the reception venue (which also provides the catering, room decorations and DJ so they're sorted too).
