How much on average is everyone spending on their wedding???
£12000
Hi ABOUT £5,000 -£7,000 :)
About 4.5 - 5K :)
£5 to 8k
Venue itself will be around 10k (eek) then everything else, i dread to know the final cost. But we are lucky, we don't have kids yet and brought our house this year so all money can go towards our wedding (got 3 years to save). Will be worth it.
Around £15,000
About 6000. More than we wanted too but it just seems to be mounting up
About £5000.
about 7k
Hopefully no more than £10k
£5000
3k-5k
I stopped counting at 10 k...
mine is cheap compared to everyone else's mine is around £3000 at the most. i am going to local registary office (my mam and dad got married there over 30 years ago) then rugby club. im having a late ceremony so no wedding breakfast just straight on to reception. we bought our house a year ago it needs a kitchen and a bathroom and got 2 children under 3 so my funds are needed elsewhere. still more then happy with what i have planned and went over budget on my dress as well haha
We've added all ours up comes to around 9k
More than we planned to 😭🤢 about £16,000! Can't wait though 😝
Ours came to under 4000
I’m hoping to do mine between 1k - 2k.
Wedding package is 1k, my dress is £180.
We only have 26 guests though, including bridal party.
Everyone’s budget is different.
You do what you want to do, if you have the money, go for it.
I can’t even afford 1k! It’s gonna be a massive struggle for us.
Around 18k once we are finished getting everything, does include honeymoon and spending money though!
£2600..
We originally said £10000, but probably looking more like £13000 now or slightly more
We have got our venue for the whole weekend though
Ours would have been about 6k. However, my H2B has invited everyone on the planet so goodness knows now lol xxx
About £5000 but things soon add up 🙈
All in around £10k
Wer budgeting £3000 but its looking like it will come in under £2000 as im making everything myself and we are having a very informal wedding. Will be exactly how we want it though xx
Not a lot 😞 lol
Too much
£5000-£6000
My budget is coming out at just over £13000 bit my aim is to get it done for £10000. That includes a few days away after the wedding
Ours will probably be around £3000, maybe even less than that. That includes our lovely venue, decorations, catering, my dress, the cake, our invitations etc etc. It's basically what everything will cost us put together. Remember though, it's not about how much you spend on your wedding
We went over budget. Budget was 6k... ended up spending 8k plus honeymoon was 2k
Mine cost me £2500 xx
Around £5000
Way WAY more than anyone else has put on here.... I'm not going to say because I don't want to get slammed....
However we have saved, we can afford it (just about ) as we have been paying for it for over 18 months and it's what we want. Also we have 120 guests for the day time and 200 for the evening so we are feeding a LOT of people which has been where the bulk of the money has gone...
We spent 10k
We budgeted 10k but ended up about 12 with all the things you don't account for, gifts, drinks etc and we did so much ourselves
I think my total is 3k
£17000 - that’s everything included :)
I'm hoping not more than 16k
We said 7K at first (without parents contributing to this figure), then 10K and now more likely to be about 13K... it keeps adding up! But we own a house, have really good jobs and no kids so we thought why not? It’s different for everyone though!
We've got a budget of 7k but hopefully will be under that
My current total reads waaay to much lol
We're doing ours for about 3k
We've booked r venue and got all the dresses and decorations done..just gotta sort the suits and shoes..so far we've spent 2.5k and we get married in9months x
Mine is 20,000 I'm hoping to stay below it tbh
Roughly around £16,000
Hoping around £8k 🤞
Between £7k and £8k x
Too much! 🙈😂
Just over £12,000 x
We said max £12k ended up nearly £21k without our honeymoon....but I had the best day ever and was worth every penny 😍
we are looking at around £10k xx
Hopefully way less than £5k lol! We are saving as much as we can though x
So far we have spent £6000 and that's just my dress venue and ring. Still got lots to sort!! We have been engaged for 15 years and have a house and 3 children who are ten and over so have the time and money to organise it all!! We also have a foster child who we are hoping can be a bridesmaid! 😁 hubby to be said he's not fussed how much we spend as long as I'm happy!! Love him so much!
About 12k x
£65
Ours probably came to 15k
£1000 max. getting married in cornwall can't wait
Around 2k. Can think of much better things to spend my money on hence keeping the cost low!
£12k budget :)
8500
About 4-5k I gestimate. Wish me luck 😂
Between £12,000 - £15,000
You can't compare with other people. There are too many variants. It's like asking someone what they spent in a house, could be 90k or a million. Set your budget, decide what's important to you and then plan and enjoy your day.
We've got a budget of about £6k, so far coming in on budget but still 8 months to go x
Me and my partner are getting married in Tenerife and that will be €965 xxx
We did it for less than£1,000
Does it matter? Each couple spend what they want on what they want-at the end of the day as long as you are both happy, sod what anyone else thinks! You can have a great wedding for a small amount and a great wedding for a large amount-just because somebody spends £100k on a wedding doesn’t mean it’s what everyone else will want
It is not the price that matters. It is what you want and can afford xx
Our budget is £5k with everything included, so far we're only at £4k and only have suits, dresses, stationary (invites etc) and rings to buy...... so hopefully won't be far off that mark. Xx
I spent just over 2k for the lot outfits both bridal party and grooms suit plus the wedding itself and reception plus food (hubby did the food himself)
Think about a civil ceremony at 5pm .... no wedding breakfast .... evening buffet .... this will help with budget
We will have spent about 9 to 10 thousand xxx
I don't think it matters how much you spend and def not what anyone else is spending as long as YOU have the wedding you want and can afford. It's about you and htb not the price tag. Enjoy and good luck x
Me and my partner got married and it cost us £1,200 for everything. It doesn't matter how much you pay to get married as long as it's what you both want. I wanted a cheap wedding as i didn't want to pay loads of money for one day that i knew I could do cheaper.
12000 including 2week all inclusive honeymoon with our son and spending money.
We haven't got a budget, (saved loads and planned for 2 years) and are just making sure we have the wedding we both want. It doesn't matter how much it costs, just that you are both happy
too much .i have a loft full of things if you need anything
Currently on track for between £3-4k max not including honeymoon x
fuck all because i can’t afford to get married
If any of you ladies want beautiful one of a kind flowers at very reasonable prices please take a look at my website . Will also offer 10% off orders or 5% off wedding packages to the group . (Subject to the date being available)

I spent 10k on ours but we had videographer, dove release , photo booth , caricaturist, candy cart , 2 photographers , make up artist honeymoon in the Dominican . If could give any advice too many people spend too much on venues for great looking photos then go cheap on their dress and flowers . You are the main attraction in your photos a huge venue costing thousands is brilliant but try to think about your dress and flowers will be in the photos with you to look back in years to come . Check out vendors reviews, reccomendations, are they on google ? Do your research as a florist and run a wedding group of 2,500 brides so many are trying to save money so much that they are being lured into these scammers and fraudsters hands advertising amazing products at rock bottom prices . Then months later paying out even more when they have taken their money . Please never pay by PayPal friends and family option , ask if they have liability insurance most fraudsters won’t and wedding insurance is as little as a one of payment of £30-50 depending on your budget protects you up to two years so should your dress shop go into liquidation you can claim to get a new one . DIY some things yourself like favours , coat hangers, signs etc
Hope this helps x
About £20k but hoping to get honeymoon out of that too. £10k alone for venue but know it will be worth it. Just a lot more expensive than originally anticipated x
About £10,000!
Our wedding cost around £8000 by the time we finished x
We've found a venue which adds up to about £13k including food. Just got everything else on top which will surely add up 🙈 it will be worth it though!
Ours will probably come in at around 1.5-2k
Probs 10k for everything. X
Not wat it costs it's about been married with ur loved one
I got a winter package deal 50 guests through the day 70 on an evening , meal and room decorated too, dj, sweet cart , glitter dance floor and letters, casino table (don’t know why) for £7314 and we are just paying for the extra guests .. I’m getting married March next year
My budget is looking about 9k
just remember to enjoy the day.. with all the build up and its over in a flash.... you got a good one there though but don't tell him I said so
