I have my colour scheme. Navy with sunflowers (my grandads favourite). Trying to think of how to decorate the venue to go with this. It is a March wedding. I like the rustic look but don't know if it will go.
We went to a wedding last week with the same colours, they have sunflowers on the tables in mason jars with navy ribbon.
Why not look at using Van Gogh paintings as some inspiration? you could pick some extra colours from his sunflower painting to use. His artwork depicts very rustic countryside so I think it would work really well x

I was a bridesmaid and the bride had the same theme. Heres her cake. They had sunflowere in jugs for centre pieces on wooden slices like the cakes on x

We are having exactly the same. They have navy blue candles in ikea at the minute, we are using those for centrepieces. Pinterest has loads of ideas x

Might be a bit pricey for sunflowers in March as they will have to be shipped in via your florist. Hope you have a good budget!

I'm doing sunflowers navy and burgundy. Might change now, didn't realise it was so popular 😂😂 I think dressing the wedding all depends on the venue. Whether it's traditional or rustic.
You could have clear vases with navy ribbon with sunflowers in. Or see if you can spray clear ones navy? X
Rustic can compliment navy and yellow very well. You could use bunting and sunflowers as decorations.
