How long before the wedding should you have the hen party,

Not too close as you don't want to be suffering close to the wedding but certainly in the last few months.

Hi I know a few friends of mine had theirs the week before their weddings :)

Mine is the month before x

Mine is 3 weeks before

I had one 5 month before and one 2 month before both worked out well for me :) xx

Mine will be 6 weeks before x

Mine is 3 months before as it's a long weekend away x

suppose it depends what your doing and how much it will cost if weekend abroad or spa weekend which could cost a bit then would maybe do 3 months before but if a night in ur local town could be done week or two before

I had mine 5 weeks before as mine lasted 2 days

There’s not really a rule. I get married nov next year and having my main hen weekend in August - then at start of November we are having a smaller one x

Stag is 8 weeks b4 with a 2night stay x

Had mine Saturday and get married in a months time x

Just had mine this weekend, and not getting married til February, but found it really difficult with Christmas landing around 6 weekend before the wedding to fit in at a different time!

My first is 3 months before and my other one the week before my last night out before I'm a Mrs lol

I had one in may for a whole weekend away ( a friend kindly let us stay for free ) & I night in July .... Before the wedding in September .....
Reason why I was glad to do it so far beforehand was I making all the decorations myself & closer to the wedding I was becoming more exhausted = meant I could fully enjoy the hen party with lots of energy !!

I just had mine this weekend, I get married on Friday! Think most of it is personal preference xx

I had 3. One 6 weeks before with work colleagues, one a month before which was my main one with friends and one 2 weeks before with my hubby's family xx

I got married 3rd June this year and had mine 2 weeks before xx

We're getting married the end of June and we've said the hen and stag should be in May.

And wedding is in august

I get married in March and having mine in november because Xmas and new year is always a busy and expensive time for people so thought it best to have it before the Xmas holls etc.
