I'm a bit confused. We have had our registrar provisionally booked since august and have now paid the deposit to secure the date. Our ceremony is at 13.30 but they have just sent me a confirmation email with the date but the time says 12.00. Have they got the time wrong or is that the time the registrar gets there? As i know we have to get there half hour before the ceremony to sign declarations.

I'd double check with them as sounds like they may have made a mistake in the time, x

I dont know why this post was anon, but this was my post. Turns out that the ceremony team had an unusually high influx of booking enquiries and have just booked us in for the closest time possible and have apoligised to us. So even though we had had a confirmation for our provisional booking it could still have been changed. Luckily for us we are quite amiccable and have rejiggled our day a bit. So just a word of caution, times can still change before you actually pay your booking fee if it is just a provisional booking.
