Hey everyone so last message didn’t make much sence lol. So Monday we have been invited for a viewing at venue our wedding isn’t until 2022. We haven’t informed the venue of when the date is as of yet. My partner and I are having second thoughts on going because we don’t want to mess anyone around. Would you attend or cancel the appointment with the wedding being 5years away?

If you are starting to plan your wedding, getting ideas etc then you should go. You don't want to set your heart on that venue until you have seen it in real life. Also 5 years is a long time, they may re-decorate etc so maybe go back there agin to see what it looks like 2 years before and then book/pay your deposit x

I'd still go, some venues get booked years in advance. Plus once you have seen it you may decide it's not the venue for you so can then start looking at others. Remember there is no pressure to book just because you see the venue.

I would go so you can have a look around and get a feel for the place....no harm in looking 😁

I would still look and get the feel of the place. It would give you idea of size of rooms etc if nothing else.
