I also have said yes to the dress at Curvey Brides Boutique in Essex. Being a bigger lady it was so lovely to try dresses on that actually fit also worth the long drive down from northeast.

I had an idea of what I wanted, actually I knew exactly what I wanted. I went to one shop, tried on 3 dresses, then put the 2nd one back on and that was that! It's all paid for not even ordering it in my size till December! And as for what I wanted.... Nope! Totally and utterly different and just not like me at all!

I know what I would like and go shopping for the first time Saturday eep x

I'm getting married on Friday and I've decided to be a diva and have a long gown for during the day and a short floaty one for night time 😁 shame they are both maternity dresses though 🙈

I went with my sister in law to be just to have a look and I found what I thought was the one until I went with my mom and step dad an then I found the one I really can't wait to see it again and I really can't wait till next July x

I found one but it's almost double my budget currently contemplating selling my kidney or other things I can do without lol

I tried on a dress I’d fallen in love with in photos, didn’t love it in real life (didn’t fit me the way I wanted) so I’m having a dress made/ altered to be completely unique.

I've not even started looking 🙈 I won't start until about a year before the wedding date! Happy that you found your perfect dress! :)

Yup. From Lindy Bop. It's not the dress of my dreams, but it's a pretty 50s tea dress and once my petticoat arrives and I've added all the finishing touches, it'll be gorgeous!

I said yes to the first dress I tried on a month after we got engaged before we'd even set the wedding date. Our wedding was 4 days ago and I am still just as much in love with my dress as I was the first time I saw it!

I get married next October found my dress in December last year! Go for my measurements next month. So so excited!

I found mine on the Saturday at the NEC show. To make it even better, my best friend also found hers seconds before mine! We are both bridesmaids for each other and getting married within months of each other!

Yep it was the first one I tried on got a Maggie sottero dress for £250 from Banbury bridal!
