So we have found the venue we want to book, which isn't where we live. How do we go about booking a registra? Our wedding date isn't until May 2019 so can we only provisionally book now? I don't want to confirm the venue if we can't get a registra for our date! Any help is appreciated ladies.
We had the same issue. Ask the venue which registrars cover their area and then give them a call. Some will only let you book a year in advance but we were able to book 18 months in advance. I would definitally check that you can get your registrar for the right time before you confirm with the venue. We had to change our date because the registrars were fully booked for the one we had picked initially! Good luck x
Hi you have to go to the registrar to see if they are free but you will have to provisionally book the venue or risk losing it :)
Speak to the council for the area the venue is in and they should be able to point you in the right direction x
