Hi ladies, did you plan your own hen party or did your bridesmaids? What did you do for it?? Struggling to find something for everyone to enjoy

I am planning mine. Not sure what I am doing yet but it will be some form of activity followed by a meal and some drinks x
I planned mine with help from my MOH (sister) and Mom. I wasnt too pleased that I knew all the pass the parcel prizes etc.
It's your hen do so do what you want. My MoH is doing mine but she's my twin sister and wanted to organise it. She did ask what I would like so we have gone for cocktail making in the end. I originally wanted to do something like It's a Knockout but our mum has just had a knee operation and probably won't be able to join in that so I wanted to do something she could take part in.
I believe it is traditional for the MoH or bridesmaids to organise but they should check with you what you would be happy with. They will need to ask you for details of who they should invite.
I recently went on my friends hen day which I thought was pretty perfect, started with a dress up photo session (saloon girls from the old West) followed by afternoon tea then on to a cabaret with an MC and burlesque show and 3 coursr dinner and after the show there was a disco. We all got dressed up for the evening but you didn't have to (I didn't, I was already dressed up quite fancy for the whole day). What was great was that each hen could choose which part of the day she wanted to be part of depending on her tastes and her wallet.
