Any tips on losing a few inches from the waist? For my dress aswell as toning up? For my honeymoon. Also how long roughly does it take to tone the stomach.

Depend how often you're going to work out. Aiming for at least 1 hour 3 times a week and you should see a difference relatively quickly. Choose weighted exercises to tone and get the most benefit

Try to combine cardio with toning exercises. You should start to see results fairly quickly but it depends on how toned you want to be as to how long it will take and how often you are exercising x

I really recommend a weighted hula hoop. They hurt at first but bare with it and then it becomes really fun
