We are thinking of having a fun "pub quiz" with questions about us for our gursts to answer, but are unsure as to whether it will go down well. Opinions please. TIA
Sounds like great fun to me, I would find it so entertaining.
I think that sounds quite good. Especially when pictures are being taken and there is a "dip"
A great way to share some memories with our guests. It's all about timing, do you have a natural gap in the day, if not it will feel a little squeezed in.
Thanks ladies :) we were thinking of doing it after the first dance and after a few songs because some wedding we have been to didn't have anyone dancing until later on and everyone was sat down not really doing anything. It's not set in stone though, so can move it to a time that maybe better
Just be prepared for comments about questions if not yes or no answers but why not have fun
We were thinking of answers of him or her? For example who takes the longest to get ready? Kind of like Mr and Mrs but having the guests answer the questions. Thought that might be more fun
Went to a wedding at the weekend that did just that and it was great fun. It's also a really good way to get guests talking and socialising. There were a few different sections- weddings, the bride and groom, picture round, and wedding songs xx
Sounds great!
Hi Chloe what a great idea :)
Some friends of mine did this a few years ago, they had 15 questions about where they met, nicknames, when they got engaged etc and it went down really well, a good little ice breaker for people sat on a table where they don't know many people x
That's a really good idea sounds like fun xx
I saw a you tube one where bride and groom sat back to back and held one of each of their shoes in each hand. They held up the persons shoe that was the answer. It was very funny
Fantastic idea. My son and daughter in law did this. Everyone had the best time
I want this so much I love quizzes just gotta convince the other half . Sounds super fun !
That sounds like a lot of fun to me and something a little different too :-)
I went to a wedding and they had the table quizzes and then answers swapped and real answers read out; this worked well as it got tables talking and filling in the answers in their own time.
