I'm getting married aboard in Florida in 2019! I can not wait! When we get back we having a party/ evening do for all the people that we couldn't invite or couldnt come. My question is how far in advance would you start booking? Would you also book professional photographer for the evening aswell? X
Personally, id treat it like a wedding reception and book stuff as far in advance as I would for that. And if you want professional photos then definitely book a photographer, although look at one who will only do like 5 hours or whatever - lots of them will expect to cover a wedding from getting ready to first dance, and prices will reflect that!
Hi I would book early :)
I would book early. If going for no sit down it will be easier. I would personally get a photographer as it's still a special part of the wedding
Now Hun. My wedding is nearly all booked (everything except the photo booth) and mines in 2019 xx
I've booked my reception room for September 2019 and I've also booked my photographer room dresser food dj etc x
We've just got married in New York and did the same as you. We booked the hotel for the evening reception as soon as we knew when we were getting married and coming back (about a year and a half earlier) booked a photographer and got the dream wedding cake I wanted which I didn't get in New York but knew I was getting back here. I got photos from 7-1030ish for £250. Xxx
It depends on what you want really - we got married abroad and booked our location for August around Easter time the same year. We didnt book a photographer and to be honest it didnt really cross our minds. My uncle is into photography and we got a usb off him but we weren't expecting it. I supose you need to decide what sort of party you would like and go from there x
