I really want a different dress as this is my second wedding and don't want the usual white gown. Our colour theme is black red and white. Has anyone gone for a different wedding dress in a colour other than white x

I like that idea as red or black is a bit out there th would the grey or blush fit in the colour scheme x

My Sinceriety dress had a red bodice with gold embroidery on it and a pale ivory tulle skirt and I'm having Dr. Marten's "Vonda" boots as shoes, cream top hat instead of a veil. Second time for me so I didn't want the white dress with all the trimmings either. Good luck with your search!!

It's my second wedding too and as a biker I was originally going to go for a black steampunk dress but have now decided to go for a relaxed bo-ho theme rather than the stuffy top hat and tails I had for my first. Both dresses white but totally opposite of each other.

Coloured wedding dresses are becoming way more common now, and lots of stores stock them as a result. Something with gold or champagne detail would look amazing with the black and red theme - go and try some on and see what you think!

Plenty of people do, if you want a dress that's a different colour, have one, it's your wedding, personally I don't see the problem??

My colour scheme was black purple and silver. I loved wearing my black dress even though it was my first wedding. I didn't feel comfortable in white. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.

Mines a black lace ball gown. It sits at just above my knees at the front and the back has a full length train. I'm making myself a very puffy rainbow floor length tulle underskirt as our colour scheme is rainbow. I hope that you end up having a Dress that you love in a colour that makes you happy. It's your day and that's how it should be! xXx

Mine was lilac, I absolutely hated white and the traditional bridal colours on me. I did struggle to find a non white dress at a wedding shop it took months of searching as when I asked about coloured dresses I was shown ivory, cream or blush .. at one point I was even asked why I didn't want to look like a bride!!! so happy to see so many brides going for alternative colours x

My first wedding, my dress was old gold colour.
My now fiancé and his family are debating what colour I'll have this time 😂
Gone for shock value and traditional white 😊

I have a school friend whose dress was teal/blue with a black veil.

My sister had a white gown with red detail and back.

Go for what you want Hun.
