I was having same issue for my eldest son... still have no idea what i will get him though.. (My dad disowned me so wont be invited.. ) my youngest is being ring bearer, too.. the girls have been easy to buy for but my eldest is 22, youngest will be 7 & i havent a clue..

My son, thank you for giving me away. When you were small id hold your hand, and tuck you in at night. Id hold you close and wipe your tears, hoping i was doing things right. Today i hold your hand once more as i become a wife. Im so proud that my son is beside me on this next stsge of my life. You make me proud with every day and have done from the start. Im glad i get to share this day, with the son that holds my heart

My friend had her son give her away as like you her dad has passed , she had jewlery ingraved with I have taken many walks in life "son's name" but his one has to be my favourite, love you always xx it was lovely

My son gave me away, I called him my Best Man whilst my husband has his son as his Best Man.
