After having an initial call followed by a meeting at our reception venue we knew that Posh Wedding Discos was for us.
Nothing was too much to ask for, for our special day, we wanted music throughout the wedding meal which was perfect, Neil and Kate also provided microphones for speeches, LOVE letters, a stunning dj set up with a beautiful backdrop and amazing lighting.
The music for the evening disco was fantastic we asked for a wide variety of music from reggae to rock and we was not disappointed. The area we chose to have the disco in looked wonderful we had an absolutely fantastic reception and received lots of great comments from our guests.
I would just like to thank Neil and Kate for their communication anything I asked was responded to very quickly we also had check in conversations on the run up to the big day which definitely helped us feel at ease.

They communicated so well with us throughout the run up to the wedding (even driving the best part of an hour to come meet us), helping with playlists, first dance songs etc.
Also, they had a very good knowledge of Asian weddings and Bollywood music. Great value for money, we can’t recommend them enough.
We really appreciated the quality and ease of using their PA system & wireless mics for our speeches - it was great not to have to worry at all about the tech side of things running smoothly.
The lights and curtain backdrops Neil & Kate set up for us were really tasteful and transformed the village hall into a stunning disco. It was great to have the opportunity to choose from an array of props/colours.
It was easy to share playlists of our chosen music with Neil & Kate and they asked all the right questions about timings to ensure our schedule could go ahead smoothly and that the music fitted each part of the evening.
Five stars for value for money for sure - best deal we found by far!

Meet the Owner
Neil and Kate form the creative spirit that is Posh Wedding Discos® and have varied interests that are inside and outside music. Neil - has spent 25+ years working in retail management for many well- known High St brands before starting the disco business in 2019. In the last few years, he has started a UK clothing brand that he continues to grow. A lifelong musician of guitar and keyboard, he also professionally plays the Indian harmonium and gigs for different social and multi cultural events. Always seeking personal development in all areas he has recently added a formal DJ accreditation to his name and currently studying a MA in Ayurvedic medicine. Both Neil and Kate also run sound therapy workshops and own an impressive full sound percussion ensemble. Kate has been a graduate teacher since 1996 in sports studies science, performance, and coaching. She was also an athlete who has performed at top level in both individual and team sports. She has spent many years as a school teacher and today gives weekly classes in her yoga and dance business along with being one-half of Posh Wedding Discos®. Both Neil and Kate aspire to bring a new take on the DJ arena.
