Welcome to our lovely website! If you’re looking to book your wedding suppliers, you have come to the right place. We have hundreds to browse through offering all kinds of different wedding services but first, let us show you how to easily find and book them on UKbride…

 

1. Searching

First of all, search for suppliers in any category from wedding dresses to venues and make sure you include your location. This will give you a list of suppliers in your area. Find this search bar here.

 

2. Finding Out More Information

If you spot a supplier you really like the look of and want to find out a little more information, just click the circle with the arrow or simply click More Information to go to their supplier page.

 

The supplier page is super easy to navigate! It’s filled with information about that particular company as well as photos, contact information, bullet point information, real weddings, videos, accreditations and awards that company has won and a map to show you exactly where this supplier is based. There is even a photo and bio of the manager so you know who to speak to.

 

3. Request a Quote

If you want to have more direct information from the supplier rather than an overview, you can click ‘Brochure Request’ or ‘Get a Quote.’ The supplier will then get in touch directly and send you all the necessary information so you can decide whether or not to book them.

 

4. Book a Tour

You can either give them a call on the number provided, drop them an email (either way, make sure you mention you saw them on UKbride!) or to make it really easy, simply book a tour request! This option isn’t for all the suppliers on UKbride of course, but if you’re searching for a venue, this is the easiest way to get booked in for a visit!

You’ll see a box like this pop up; just select the time and date you want to visit! Tip: visit at the time of day you’re actually having your wedding so you can see it in the right light.

 

5. Budgeting

Now you have booked a wedding supplier – congratulations! – add them to your budget planner so you can keep track of spending. You can use our really easy free one here. This will show you how much money you have to spend on the rest of your wedding based on whatever budget you would like to set. Make sure you fill it in as you go along booking suppliers!
