My Table Planner

Guest List:

  • This list will be automatically updated when you update 'My Guest List.'

  • You can view your guest list on the left hand side of the screen. Each guest is assigned a number for reference.

  • Under each guest's number will be a colored dot to indicate the guest's gender. A star icon is an indication of VIP status.

Moving Guests:

  • Click on and drag your guests to move them manually.

Add to Scrapbook:

  • This icon will immediately paste your table plan into your Scrapbook.

1. - Choose the shape of table you want by clicking on the circle, rectangle or top table icon

2. - Choose the number of seats you want on that table

3. - By pressing "Add" the table with your chosen specifications will appear on the screen.

4. - Rotate the selected table clockwise or anti-clockwise or delete it off your table plan

Groups:

  • If you have a set of friends or family who are inseperable press on the Groups button.

  • A window will appear with columns alongside the guest list.

  • To make a group, click in the box next to the names of each person. Then, when you press the Auto Arrange button, they will be automatically seated together. Each column is for each different friend group.

Dislike:

  • If you want to keep guests separate add a dislike group.

  • It works in the same way as the Groups tool, by putting a sad face in the box next to the opposing parties. Then when you press the Auto-arrange icon, the two won't be seated together.

Auto Arrange:

  • After you have a sufficient number of tables for your guests, arranged your guests into friendship groups using the Groups tool and set your Dislike preferences, press the Auto Arrange button.

  • This will automatically work out a seating arrangement.

  • You can then tweak the seating plan by dragging and dropping each guest.

Save:

  • By pressing this icon you will save the current version of your table plan, so that the next time you open up your table plan, you will see and be able to edit the version which is currently on your screen.

Print:

  • You can print your table plan at any time, but ensure that you print in colour so you will be able to tell the girls from the boys.
