We’ve just had our wedding reception at wolfscastle and it was the most amazing day ever. We loved it our guests loved it. Nothing was too much. Lowri was always there to help and answering my questions. The staff were amazing. From the start of our journey till the end lowri was there. The food was amazing. Lowri was always checking with myself and my husband making sure we were happy with everything on the day making sure we’d eaten plating us food up and putting it in our room in the evening. It really was the best day ever xx

Our wedding here was beautiful. There wasn't anything about it that wasn't perfect. The venue, food, management and staff... phenomenal.

From paying out first deposit to the day everything was organised and well communicated .
The day was perfect , staff friendly, perfect venue , lovely gardens to drink and chat in and great for photos too . There was a lovely little bridge behind the hotel which was a perfect spot for photos and nothing was too much trouble for Lowri , our wedding coordinator who was amazing . She listened to what we wanted , entertained the flower girls , kept everything flowing and made me feel everything was under control .
She is an absolute credit to Wolfscastle !

We finally had our special day on sat 29th April after it being in the pipeline for 2 years! We fell in love with the venue from the very first time we met Andy and Liz originally (aug 2020), with Lowri taking over from wedding co-ordinator lately!! Everything is tailored to your own needs with as much being done by staff there as you want or if you want to be hands on in doing things that was also OK with the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and the day was everything I wanted and more, it went so smoothly with such experienced and very professional staff!! And the food is incredible

To all of the Wolfscastle Team,

It’s been nearly a week since we got married and Simon and I would just like to say a massive thank you to each and every one of you for helping to make our wedding day so perfect. Planning a wedding can be stressful, however I felt confident handing over the details to Liz, Lowri, Tom and the team and was able to completely enjoy the day without worry.

We wanted our day to be filled with good food (which I can 100% say we had- the Pie was insane) drinks, fun and laughter and lots of dancing :) which was definitely achieved.

We could honestly do it all over again :) We will be definitely back to see you again soon.

Where to even start with how amazing this venue and everyone there has been From our very first meeting with Andy to discuss booking our wedding here, we have had nothing but great experiences and interactions. Liz the wedding planner has been amazing keeping me updated on everything and helping with any questions or queries I had. From arriving at the venue Wednesday night to set up, Tom the general manager was incredible helping with anything we needed. Now onto the main event, reception and housekeeping were more than happy for us to check in early to save a little bit of faffing later on The finishing touches in the bridal suit we're nothing short of perfect the reception staff went above and beyond to help me carry my dress and veil across the ground so it would be perfect for walking down the aisle After the ceremony front of house staff had the room turned around before we could even finish throwing confetti The food was absolutely sublime, the chefs are an absolute credit to this venue and we couldn't possibly have hoped for better food Both Will C and Will L on bar we're fantastic and comical with their dancing and air guitar behind the bar, and their fabulous drinks service through the night.
Overall we could not recommend this venue more, to anyone! If you are planning a wedding here, we promise it'll be the best decision you could make for your big day!

Thank you to all staff for a lovely wedding day. We may have planned everything last minute and demanded a lot but it was certainly all worth it at the end.
It really felt like every staff member cared. Our wedding planner Liz was always answering our many questions right up until the day before! Reception staff are so welcoming and helpful any time you call. The manager Tom did everything he could on the day, no ask was too much, even the placement of our flowers and decor seemed to have so much thought in it. The bartender even seemed to become one of the guests he was so chatty and easy going! The girls in the spa are absolutely lovely. They dedicate all their time to you and the experice is so personal, even brining in some of their own personal things to give you a better look!! Beyond worth the money. The housekeeping staff clearly keep up to the building wonderfully and left us a beautiful personal message and gift. Every team member is to thank! Thank you Wolfscastle and we'll see you for our anniversary next year!!!
