From the start we have been very impressed with the services from The View Hotel. They have amazing communication skills and nothing is too much bother for any of the events team. They’re there to answer any questions they’re always helpful and responsive. They’ve made our planning very relaxed and we haven’t found anything stressful. We cannot wait for our big day with this team supporting us.

The communication was excellent - Mel and the other members of the events team kept us updated all along.

Service was very good - staff were all very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

We were both really really pleased with how the day went. Everything went smoothly and exactly as we wanted. It was a really happy and relaxed day. We were complimented by our guests on the food and décor.

Stunning venue, great package deals, was just perfect for us from the minute we saw it after looking at other places previously! The rooms are perfect and you don’t have to decorate the rooms much! Lovely colours!

Communication was absolutely perfect, always trying to help and great communication the whole way through.

The room was set as requested and the team was so helpful and did an amazing job, they listened to everything we wanted and made it come to life.

The View Hotel in Eastbourne offers the perfect setting with its modern architecture compare to other venues in the surrounding areas.
Kendra and Mel was fantastic to deal with, and I was really impressed with how quickly they responded to my questions and how friendly they were. I would definitely recommend the events team to anyone looking for great service.
The events team was amazing throughout the whole event. They were very attentive and super helpful, making sure that we had everything we needed to make our experience unforgettable.
Daisy was lovely and always have a beautiful smile on her face.
We are very impressed by Maxim's service He constantly checks on us and refills our drinks, and he also assists us with moving our wedding gifts to our room on that day. He is very attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
I had the pleasure of having Mel with me that day. She did more than what was expected of her and ensured that everything was perfect. I am so grateful for her presence and support. She made me feel confident and happy throughout the day. She is truly a wonderful person and I appreciate her so much.

We wanted to choose a wedding licensed venue with wow factor especially for our guests coming from far and wide and having stayed at The View on previous visits I was aware of much of its facilities, contemporary style and excellent location so made initial enquiries along with other contenders and after our first non-committal meeting with Mel and Jasmin from the Events Team we soon knew we were in the right place that couldn’t be bettered.

Communication excellent throughout the 5 months of communications from our first enquiry to our very special day and a fond farewell when we finally checked out.
We had a plethora of questions throughout this time and these were answered promptly by Mel Bohnen, our Wedding & Events Executive with whom we had the most interactions and who was a pleasure to deal with throughout. She gave us valid feedback on many of our ideas for our day based on her vast experience some of which became part of our updated contract and others which were thrown out by us as being unachievable resulting in a very successful and enjoyable day.

Service was impeccable and with 100 guests they delivered without fail and kept on top of everything which can’t be an easy task where nothing was too much trouble with their can do spirit..In particular, their attention during dining to guests with pre notified dietary requirements was spot on even during the canapés offering at the champagne reception where there were dedicated plates for these guests. The food standard was excellent and enjoyed by all and Maxime and Daisy in particular kept our glasses topped up especially the wedding couple
