The Swan at Hay is licensed to hold civil ceremonies, so you can have the whole wedding day under one roof. We can cater for small, intimate celebrations and for larger parties of up to 120, with further space available for evening guests.
We have two rooms licensed to hold your wedding ceremony - The Garden Room overlooking the beautiful hotel garden, whilst the more intimate Green Room is suitable for smaller numbers.
Our dedicated front of house team ensures that every couple has the wedding day they have always dreamed of, whilst our talented chefs will create a delicious wedding breakfast.
Our romantic walled gardens and buildings also provide plenty of variety for your wedding photos.
Whilst we do have wedding packages available we can also create bespoke menus and events to suit your personal tastes.
