TheCharlecote Pheasant Hotel is located in the beautiful village of Charlecote, which is just a few miles away from Stratford Upon Avon. The hotel also features 70 bedrooms.

This beautiful countryside hotel has everything to offer that a Bride & Groom would want for their wedding day. We offer wedding packages from 2 people up to 100 people and all under one roof. The wedding venue is a self contained building which has it own private bar, wedding civil and wedding breakfast room ( The Hampton Suite), toilets, foyer and private gardens. The hotel also features a outdoor wedding gazebo which is license to preform civil & partnerships weddings, seating 100 guest. The Hampton suite can seat up to 100 people for a civil ceremony and up to 130 for a wedding reception. Our wedding packages start from £3995 to £8995 including a wedding breakfast, drink on arrival, bridal suite and a buffet for the evening. The hotel also features 70 bedrooms so your wedding guest can stay onsite and enjoy the day without thinking about driving home. The bride and groom will also have a chance to to visit the hotel prior to their wedding day to taste there selected food options for their wedding breakfast. Included in all wedding package is a wedding coordinator who will be with the bride & groom from the start of the booking process to the wedding day.

We are licensed to host civil ceremony both inside out outside too. Our Hampton Suite is a private, self contained suite which is perfect for weddings. It features its own private bar, foyer and outdoor space. We have beautiful gardens for those all important wedding photos, plus a 5 acres private field which is perfect for Tipi weddings. Our packages include a luxury suite for the night of the wedding for the happy couple. We have 70 onsite bedrooms, so plenty of room for your guests to stay over. Our wedding coordinator through Bespoke, Heather, has been wonderful, and everyone we have spoken to at the venue has also been so so helpful and accommodating. We are SO exciting to have our wedding there!

We had the most incredible day thanks to the special team at Charlecote. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond. Amelia and Rebecca made us both feel so special and surprised us with flowers and decorations in the bridal suite, they ensured everything ran so smoothly. The food was amazing and we have received such fabulous feedback from our guests about how delicious it was. Rob and his team ran the event with ease and we didn’t have to worry about a thing, not many brides get to say their wedding day was relaxing!! We will be recommending this hotel to everyone we know and can’t thank the team at Charlecote enough for making our day so brilliant.

Outstanding Wedding
Let me start with the venue, what a fantastic place to get married, it is full of character, exceptionally well presented and a delight to be at. The setting for the ceremony itself (albeit indoors due to bad weather) was fabulous, could not have been any better and your team should be commended for this. The change around from ceremony to reception was swift and very well done without any fuss and looked like a dream when completed. The staff were exceptional with everything they did and could not do enough to make the day a total success, the timing was a little delayed due to us which delayed the food serving yet all of the food was perfectly cooked and hot when served(not had that at a wedding before) and the staff were all prepped and knew how to cater for our guests with allergies. The service was impeccable, no-one had to wait for anything and the serving staff were swift with delivery of anything ordered. We have had several comments from our guests that that was the best wedding they have ever been to and it was down to you and your team, we cannot thank you all enough for giving us one of the best days of our lives. From our point of view we would score you 10/10 for everything. I think it's also important to note that despite COVID and its restrictions you and your team delivered under very difficult circumstances and you should all be very proud of what you achieved on the day, we both recognise how much hard work you and your team put into making our wedding a brilliant event and we will be forever grateful to you. A simple one word description for the day and for you and your team's efforts would be OUTSTANDING
