My name is Maddie and I am the Wedding Co-Ordinator here at Sprowston Manor. I have been in the role here since July 2021 and in that time I have organised over 150 weddings/events. My biggest achievements would be pulling off a full wedding with only 6 weeks to plan it and a 3 day wedding event for over 200 guests- and they were my first 2 weddings at The Manor! I understand all aspects of wedding planning from the perspective of a wedding coordinator and perspective of a bride, having got married myself in November 2021. My husband and I have been together for over 7 years and live with our 2 cats, Thor & Loki. I love all things wedding related and love seeing all the different themes (Peaky Blinders, Slytherin, Great Gatsby, etc to name a few that I had last year) that couples choose for their special day- I experience the different themes vicariously through the couples whose weddings I co-ordinate...as my husband has said it’s too soon to renew our vows, so I can plan a different theme for us!! I try to be as flexible as possible to accommodate different ideas and plans for a couple’s wedding as the day is unique to each couple and should be planned that way. I am open and honest about the world of weddings as it can all be overwhelming when it’s something you’ve not done before and I’m always on hand to offer advice or recommendations for local suppliers. I enjoy showing couples around the venue and discussing their wedding plans further, to work towards their dream wedding day!
