Formerly the site of the Lion Inn Pub which had been left derelict, we fell in love with the location and had the vision to create three amazing experiences in one resort; a luxury hotel, restaurant and spa. We have a resident Peacock called Eugine Waterside restaurant opened in August 2003. Lion Quays hotel welcomed it first guests in December 2004.
