Hi Do you have home insurance? You are usually covered upto a certain amount as standard per single item in the home, this could be £1000 or more. It would be best to check what you are covered for with them. They will expect proof of ownership such as receipts, photographs or valuation. If it was valued over you individual item limit they may want a post loss report doing by a professional jewellery valuer. Definitely worth speaking to them!! Xx

Most probably I lost it in the office. It seems that it fell out of my finger, because my colleagues informed me that it's not on my finger anymore.
Unfortunately my fiance got it for me on the night before and it wasn't insured yet.
