I gobsmacked at what has happened with one of my bridesmaids.
My brother’s girlfriend is one of my 10 bridesmaids.
My colour scheme is Navy and silver. They are all matching and wearing open toe shoes, with french polish. However, knowing this, she’s had her toes done with coral gel and is refusing to change it. Apparently her toe is black underneath so she wanted it covered.
I’ve got OCD and just couldn’t handle the colour mismatch, so suggested that she simply get a stick on toe nail. I even suggested to change everyone’s toe nails to silver or navy. She refused, so I said it’s best that she steps down as a bridesmaid. I felt dictated to about what I should be having for my own wedding.
We are getting married on a cruise and I’ve paid for her and my brother to attend.
Now, she’s decided that she’s not coming, nor refunding me and neither is my brother allowed to go

Little rude that she went against what you've told her and got a different colour. Sounds like something one of my bridesmaids would pull.
If it were me and she was my bridesmaid, I'd just replace her.
If a bridesmaid doesn't know her place she has no place being in a bridal party!
