Myself and my fiance got engaged in the summer and have just decided that we don't want a long engagement so are looking to book our wedding for Spring 2018. I know this leaves us with not a lot of time for me to find a wedding dress... but.... A few years ago I was meant to get married to someone else and called it off a few months before the big day. I have a beautiful, untouched dress hanging in my mum's wardrobe and it seems such a waste not to wear it. My H2B thinks I should wear it and hasn't got a problem with it at all. I'm really not sure though. Lots of friends know that I have this dress and not sure what everyone will think if I wear it?? Any thoughts?

Why not. It isn't as if you had the wedding dress on and was walking down the aisle when you called the wedding off. It is obviously the dress of your dreams so it should be your wedding dress!

Its not like you wore it for a wedding to someone else so why not. It's just a dress you purchased and will save you time and money

If you are having doubts over it why don't you see if you can sell it and use the money to purchase a new dress?
Obviously there is nothing wrong with that one as you didn't actually wear it but in case you find yourself over thinking it x

I would say try it on again- see how you feel and if you still love it, wear it xx
I agree with the others. Try it on. If you love it then I don't see why you shouldn't. It's not like you actually got married in it before. It'll save you time and money. Maybe you can alter it slightly if you want to change anything about it x
