Hi everyone, sorry if there is an official thread for this i can't seem to find it.
Does anybody know what information/wording you put into an evening invite? i'm not sure what to put in.

I've worded as '..would like to invite to celebrate their marriage' and titled them Evening Celebration to be clear, but other than that a lot of it is the same as the day apart from times (our ceremony and evening do are at the same venue though).
I would say you need details of where/when and then I have included about the discounted hotel rates available and included a RSVP card that asked about food allergies for the evening buffet,

I have just so I can keep track on numbers as we have a limit for the room. I'm not going to chase them up too much compared to the day but it will be nice to know who is planning on coming :) x
