we are booking a coach to get our guests from the church to the venue as it is a 45 min drive. We don't have exact numbers yet and i'm worrying about leaving it too late. How late is ok leave it to book?

If you have a company in mind that you would like to use phone them up and ask that way you could at least get one booked and know the minimum space you have to fill.

Nicole, Just something to think about. If you are arranging transport to the venue, how about from the venue to home at the end of the night? Or have you already thought about this one?
Just a thought if not your guests will be stranded with no transport potentially..

Hi Emily, I have thought about that and I have let them all know that it is a one way trip only due to a lot of guests staying the nights, guests with children leaving earlier than others it just wasn't possible for me to arrange trips both ways but thank you :) x
