Hi all,

I'm finding the guest list and table planner functions really helpful, but there is one slight issue.

I can't see anywhere that either of the two functions (GUEST LIST & TABLE PLANNER)can tell me how many people in total I have invited? Each time I edit the guest list I have to re-count (I could keep track and deduct as I go but then is there any need for this when I could just use excel and it be so much easier?)

If anyone knows of anyway you can find out the total number of guests invited it would be super helpful, at the moment I'm pretty much abandoning the features as I don't want to have keeping track when someone says they can't come etc.

Not sure, but one way of keeping track is to count how many are on each page before it goes onto the next one, they should all be the same when full, times that number by each page and then add on the ones from the last page which is not full. If that makes sense,

Ryan- why does it not let yiu separate yiu day and evening lists, it lets yiu née 2 lists but then yiu just end up with one big list, it's a bit pointless do resorted to spreadsheet

Would also be helpful on the table planner if you could add/minus the number of chairs once you have added a table without having to delete the whole thing.

I agree having to keep counting is annoying!

Going to jump in here for the assistance of other brides who have not yet been wed; if you're making improvements could you allow them to print the layout of the tables (how it looks in design mode) as well rather than it just listing the table numbers with their names underneath.

If the brides have a capable reception venue unlike mine that print out would help them no end and help the brides make sure everyone is sat exactly where they want them and the tables are where they want them

I had to printscreen the design view and crop the photo in w0rd in order to supply the layout
