Decided to delete in case it was somehow seen - would rather keep the peace! Should've eloped...

Oh My.
I don't blame you for having a rant - I think I would feel the same tbh
I would tell her she still has breakfast, but then share it yourself between you and you other bm's then when she turns up, you should say - well I did discuss it and tell mom & dad lol
Hope you manage to have a stress free morning and that things all run smoothly
Looking forward to becoming the 3rd and last Mrs McLauchlan

I don't blame you for having a rant either- £12 for shoes- I would say to my brother look can you buy her shoes and talk to her as she's turning into a nightmare!

I think you've been the opposite of a bridezilla!
I like how your brother took your side. It sounds like she's a bit of a mare!
I'm afraid I have no advice for the hotel and breakfast.
If you want to, you could buy the gold shoes as a present to her. She certainly doesn't deserve it, but at least she's matching the others. Or could you persuade your brother to speak to her?

God im impressed you managed to keep your composure infront of her!
Its a shame shes making things so difficult, you think she would want to stay in the hotel room the night before anyway as its exciting the girls been together!
Yup i agree and would get your brother to buy her the gold shoes! xxx

Oh Maxine, that would be hilarious. Just the thought of doing it makes me light up!
I would love to talk to my brother but he'd just make things worse. He's very "Call a spade a spade" and would just say "Look, you're p*ssing off my sister, can you just be less of a plank please?" which would only make her be more of an effing plank, I'm sure.
Found the messages where I asked her about breakfast though - was a group message so I'm about to deliberately send a message in the same chat and be like "Oh look, this is where I asked you lol". Because I'm feeling SUPER passive aggressive.
Did I mention that I'm a new first time mum with a 13 week old baby and she's still behaving like a plank?? Grrrr...
I will get over this and have a wonderful day, and I won't even care, I know I won't but it's just like... if she asks me to be a bridesmaid at her wedding I'm gonna have to say no, because the temptation to behave like a total tinker would be too great!
And Mrs Hurley, whilst I would love to be so zen that I could gift her the shoes, I know exactly what would happen if I did. "Oh thanks, they're lovely." and she'd still wear the f***ing blue shoes! xx

Get your brother to snap the heels on the blue shoes, then she will have to wear the gold ones lol
I'm pretty calm right now, but I'm sure by the time my turn comes round, I will be full on bridezilla
