I have heard on some sites that allow you to book your honeymoon, and then your guests can make a payment towards it as a gift.

Has anyone heard of such a thing, or know of any sites that do this.

If so, could you please post a ink to my wall.

    Thanks in advance

Looking forward to becoming the 3rd and last Mrs McLauchlan

Our friends used Th3 H0ney Fund where they picked activities they wanted to do on their honeymoon and guests could contribute to them. We paid for a ticket to the zoo and a bridesmaid paid for the other one. X

Our friends used TR@ilf1nders and we just added gift vouchers- they are really good and much cheaper then these other places as they don't charge a fee- plus holidays with then are very good value :-)

When we booked our honeymoon with tr@!1f!nd3r5 we were offered the option for guests to contribute towards it.

I've been to a wedding where the couple basically had no wedding list and just asked for cash contributions towards their honeymoon and set up a bank account for people to transfer or pay into. That way they did not have to pay for any administration fee to a company.

Thats what weve done InDreamland.... We wrote on the invite for a contribution to our honeymoon that way everybody can slip it into a card etc and bring it with them.
I gave money to a friend via honeymoon link and i still wound up putting money in a card because i felt wierd not showing up with anything. :-)

Talked this over with the OH last night - and he thinks its a good idea.
Looked at the hotel we want to stay at last night, but its about one month too early to book it and the flights haven't been released yet.

Looking forward to becoming the 3rd and last Mrs McLauchlan
