We have booked a full package at our venue and it includes a candy buffet but I'm not keen on the kids helping themselves to sweeties all day so I'm looking for ideas that I can put to the venue in place of it?

Yeah that's maybe a good idea, I'm just not sure what they would do with it the rest of the time?

You could have a ribbon across it and similar to when you cut the cake you could open the sweet table. Then they would take it away but make sure that you get the left overs to take home. You have paid for them so they are yours to keep.

I don't think people would adhere to the ribbon and would give the kids them. I'm just trying to thinking of something instead that the venue could provide at a similar cost to themselves.
