    Hi all!! I have my dress fitting on Thursday and I've got no shoes!! The ones I ordered where uncomfortable so I sent them back. I would really appreciate recommendations on where to get shoes, particularly high street stores. I don't want real traditional bridal shoes like the satin ones. Would ideally like lace or ones with diamontes. Also open to silver shoes. Thanks!

    I would just go to your favourite shops and see if they have anything, or a department store where they have plenty of variety.

    For your fitting, can you wear some old shoes and then purchase some shoes with the same heel height?? Buys you a little more time rather than rushing for something you don't want xx

    What's you budget? If you have a big shoe budget try $chuh (I think most shopping centres have one) they do Irr£gul&r ch0ic£ shoes and they are really different and gorgeous, they do lace up shoes and some have beautiful ribbon. But if you don't have a big budget (I didn't!) try all the department stores e.g D£bh&ms or Bh$. Hope this helps. Xx

    I also agree with Clair, I got a beautiful pair of Irr3guLaR Ch0ic3 shoes in SchuH - weren't cheap but I fell in love with them and they have lace ones etc and even a bridal range? x

    R@chel S1mps0n do some lovely shoes, which can be worn again after the wedding. They're vintage in style, so not everybodies cup of tea, but my pair are sooo comofrtable.

    Yes Michelle I got 3 pairs lol then decided which I liked best with the dress and took the others back. Got a pair by Ru8y Sh00 they are quirky and I'll def get more wear out of them. Dress fitting went well thanks. Dress was too big but the lady wasn't a bit worried so I'm sure it will be fine

    Thanks MrsBarrett and Future MrsW. I loved them because I know I'll get to wear them again. I tired them with my dress and you don't even see them so I thought comfort was best. Only problem is they are a little big as I'm inbetween sizes but I'm sure with an insole they will be fine
