Anyone have personal experience on Maggie sottero sizing?
Seen a beautiful one on a bidding site that shall not be named but wondered what the sizing is like if it's generous or on the smaller size?
    Xx

Not sure re Maggie S dresses, but usually dresses are larger for brudes dress. So if size 8, 12 wedding dress. Might be worth G00gl1ng.

    Think I'll have a G00g|3
I'm a size 10 and the dress I've seen is a 10 so if it's going to be a 12/14 then it's pointless buying lol xx

Been shopping today as was told to pick up a size bigger than what you are as the sizes are different. Picked all 16s as I am a 16 ATM but will be losing weight.

Out of 5 dresses 3 wouldn't do up, 1did but you could tell it was tight, and 1fit great. The ones that fit were both lace up backs, the others had zips/ buttons.

Yeah I got told to up at least 1 dress size when I was looking at dresses, I went to 4 different shops and they all said that I'd probably have to order a size 18 and get it fitted to me (I'm a 14/16). The dress I eventually got was from an outlet store and it's a size 18 corset back xx

If it's any help my dress was a maggie.

I'm normally a size 8/10 depending on the shop.

My wedding dress was a size 4 (uk size).

The shop I bought from told me maggie usually you need 2 sizes smaller if it's a lace up back and you're up to a size 14.
If you're a 14 or over then usually a size or 2 bigger is needed. But most dresses need altering a bit as we are different shapes and heights.

I had a Maggie dress and had to go up a size and then had the bust altered slightly and the length a very small amount

I tried a few on, you need at LEAST a size bigger. The lady in the shop told me this, I didn't believe her when she said its a general rule for all wedding dresses. After trying on a few I realised she was definitely right.

I am a size 8 and my dress was down as a 10. According to what you gave said it should be a perfect fit but it's far too big. On my bust and waist it's at least 2-3 inches too big

Can you message the seller telling her your interested and can you go try it on?
