Haha my hubby took some convincing every time but loved it when he saw the pictures and he now has admitted he enjoyed doing the photos! USA and Canada are great tho the people over there were all so up for it and lovely and encouraging! Some even took photos of us doing it haha the dress def got its wear tho and was pretty grubby by the end
Lake Louise really was stunning the photos don't do the locations any justice such stunning places to visit couldn't recommend them enough!! The one with the blue lake and mountains is USA on the left and Canada on the right so we blew this one up on a canvas as encompasses our whole honeymoon and everyone comments on it!
If you can persuade your husband so worth it and mine def took convincing but now will admit was so worth it

Oh wow Hazel I am also wearing NN dress and going to West Coast USA on my honeymoon. I would lovvveee to steal your idea but I think H2B would laugh in my face if I suggested it! Did you have to get an extra hold bag for your wedding clothes to go in? Did you take a tripod or get fellow tourists to do all of them?

Love reading all your lovely comments! Amazing Jen that you also wearing NN and honeymooning in USA great minds and all! Which dress are you wearing?
I persuaded hubby by basically explaining how amazing the photos would be and how amazing it would be to have the photos of not just another selfie pic wth the view behind but wedding photos of a lifetime really! He was a dead set no to begin with but I just showed him a few ppl's wedding pics with amazing back drops and he could see why I liked the idea. In the end I said let's take them and if we decide not to do it fine but if we have them and want to then we can give it a whirl. He eventually agreed to just try do one picture and he actually enjoyed doing it so the rest were easy. The Americans are amazing and completely loved it, they would make space for us etc and offered to take pictures but we used a tripod. We politely declined ppl who offered cause if it was crap we didn't then want to feel like we had no choice but to use it haha
In regards to luggage we didn't need any extra we got his suit and my dress into a suit bag and it took up bit of space but they squashed down well the NN dress never really looked creased was amazing
You should definitely do I loved every second of doing it and the pictures I really will treasure forever! My dress has just come back from the dry cleaners and you would never know! You could also say to ur H2B that he needs to get his money's worth out of the dress haha

I am wearing Nyria, but putting an underskirt on so think it wont look too dissimilar to yours. Aren't Naomi's dresses the most amazing dresses ever, I love looking at pics of real brides in any NN dress. So beautiful!
Thanks for the tips - we will take a tripod and fingers crossed they will fit in our luggage then. I'm glad to hear that you husband was initially against it because I spoke to mine last night and got exactly the reaction I thought I would. He didn't understand the concept at all, but I said to him pretty much most of what you have suggested and he has agreed to do it but was reluctant and said he would only do it because I was so set on it!
I know he wont want to do it in public places so I'll have to keep an eye out for quiet spots. He also said he didn't want to use up our limited time in each place we are visiting by having to get good pictures, i.e SF for GG bridge (It looks like you got a couple of different angles there, is there a place you can suggest where we might be able to be alone to get a pic?).
Admittedly, H2B doesn't like spending time taking pics, like when I am taking selfies and they're ugly he doesn't let me retake. But anyway, he agreed and I reckon like yours, he will come round to it and love the pics in the end!! Fingers crossed! He has 17 months to get used to the idea and I'll remind him every once in a while to ensure he doesn't think I have forgotten about it! hehe!

Haha keen working on him Jen! Your dress is beautiful! I am on NN real brides :D in the snowdrop. They are amazing the fabric is incredible and so comfy to wear unlike some dresses I tried on
As far as quiet places we went in the morning quite early to most of ours to beat the majority of the tourists. We took one picture on the city side near the cycle path which was pretty quiet but my fav picture at the bridge was taken on the other side of the bridge, if your driving over from the city, take a left up the hill afterwards and there is a few lay-bys so v limited amount of people can be there and if you there in morning hardly anyone

Ah wow I had a little drive on google maps and found the exact spot you took it! That's amazing thank you so much!! Ahhh I wanted to be a NN Real Bride haha - is it as simple as just emailing? And obviously having amazing wedding photos hehe!
