    Hi girls I am now in a complete panic, I get married in 7 mnths and all I have organised is venue (ceremony/reception /meal and my wedding car .... I still have my dress/bridesmaid dresses/kilts/photographer/band/cake/flowers. .... etc .... is it possible .... I'm having abit of a mletdown. ... aaahhhhhhhh xxxx

    Thanks I have got an appointment at a dress shop and been speaking to a cpl of photographers so Hopefully soon ... I think because we have bn engaged for so long (4 years) I felt I had ages and I think it's just creeped up on me out of no where xx

    Yes definitely look at photographer next as they can get booked up quite far in advance, especially for popular dates like bank holidays.

    Lots of dress shops have sample sales around this time of year so you may be able to get a good deal on an ex-sample dress and just have alterations if needed, rather than having one ordered in. X

    I'd really recommend going to some wedding fairs (see tab at top of page) especially the large national ones. Have lots of stalls with everything - florists, cake decorators, stationery, dresses, kilt hire... you could potentially book everything all in one day :) also invest in a lovely wedding planner, my OH got me one for Christmas and it is very helpful with calendars, check lists and such.

    I'm a bit afraid ours will be like this, esp. as I keep focusing on my sister's wedding (I'm MoH ) which is this August, but after I'll only have about 10 months left rofl but it can be done x
