Hi everyone, its been a while since i posted (kinda had a baby) but now with less than a year to go wedding planning is in full swing... Me and hubby have decided on a fish and chip van for our wedding breakfast and want to serve them on newspaper that has nice little stories about our wedding guests printed on it... does anyone know where we could get this from? also how would it best be done don't want people to put their dinner on it and notice what it is but also don't wanna just serve a newspaper randomly with dinner xxx

I'm not sure where you can get the newspaper from but I just wanted to say what a fab idea! I would probably just G00gl3 personalised fish and chip newspaper and see where that takes you x

I not sure on where to get it from, worth having a search on the net though for it and sure you will come up with something. Brilliant idea though, our venue does that as an evening menu choice.

I wouldn't say necessarily grease proof (the newspaper used in actual chip shops isn't totally grease proof is it?).. but they would need to be printed in a particular way to ensure the ink doesn't run onto the food! x

I would say wrap it in something grease proof and then put the newspaper over the top, that way the ink won't run and if the newspaper is normal paper it will still be fine x

When I have searched it I have found personalised fish and chip cones (posted a link on your wall). It doesn't look like newpaper though.
