Okay so, we aren't getting married until 2017 but it is too hard not to plan. Christina Perri's "A thousand years" is what i want to walk down the aisle to, but OH, who will already be there waiting, says no due to a close friend having the same song. I was not at said friends wedding, i haven't even met them either. Any other songs i suggest are being rejected by my darling other half, so i need to ask, who actually decides on this song? Is it a genuine joint decision?
PS. we are having a same sex wedding, but she ain't walking down in a princess cut dress lol! She will be at the alter, like a groom would be. I am being a total bridezilla already hahaha!!

It depends who you ask.
For me I feel it's a joint decision, but some say it's entirely up to the bride since she's the one doing the walk. Just explain how much it means to you and exactly what you said in the post. :)

I shall bump up the official thread for you, but think it is a joint decision really

Great news! Fiance's best friend didn't actually use the song after all, so it is settled! haha!
Thanks everyone! It was made jointly after all. This is what happens when you marry a control freak with OCD. It is a prison sentence really... (I kid, I kid!) xx
