Not sure if it helps but rather than an 'order of service' for everyone we are thinking of having an 'order of the day' poster or maybe a chalkboard on display somewhere where everyone can have a look. So would just have the timings of everything outlined so everyone knows what is happening and when :)

We will get the registrar to remind people not to post photos until we do the next day, but I'm ok with them actually taking photos.
We're going to make orders of the day that has like 3pm here comes the bride! 3.30 Drinks and photos 4.45 Guests to be seated for speeches 5pm Food time! 7.30 Get your dancing shoes on!
Or something like that :)
Our perfect day - 08.08.15 <3

im not having an OOS either,We are having just a civil ceremony, now looking at these posts i may do an order of the day though, what a cracking idea, i didnt think of that, i think its a good idea to let guests know what to expect,it means they know roughly whats next and not just to guess :) thanks girls :)
