The lady that we had arranged to do our cake has done lots of cakes for our family and for the greyhound walking charity that we volunteer for, so she was more than happy to help out with our cake. I emailed her earlier in the week to arrange to make payment of deposit and finalise our favours. Unfortunately she has just found that she is due to have an operation in March which involves her hands and she won't be able to work for 4 weeks, which means that she more than likely won't be in a position to do our cake :o( The lady that she recommended has other commitments so can't do it either.
Can anybody recommend somebody that would be able to help us out please? We're in Braintree, Essex.

The lady is amazing, so helpful and flexible, her prices are very reasonable compared to other quotes I had. She delivered our cake all the way to Watford!
