Is it a church wedding? If so the vicar or priest will take you through it all at the rehearsal. Basically your fiancé and his best man will be set the front and you and your brother stand alongside. The bridesmaids and page boy can either stand at the front until the first hymn or go straight to their seats. Your parents, brother and bridesmaids would generally sit at the front on the left, on two rows if necessary. Your brother basically will stand at the front any time that you are standing there until he gives you away. If there are any readings before the actual marriage then everyone would sit for those, including you and your fiancé, the best man and your brother, and when it's time for the marriage you, your fiancé, your brother and the best man go back to the front.

We had no one stood at the front just hubby.
Front row was hubby's side, ... Hubby, best man and groomsmen then he had his mum dad and sisters partner on the second row.

My side front row, empty until we walked down. So bridesmaids then my dad
Second row was my mum, mums partner and my three daughters, the flowergirls
Then 3rd row was my sister, her husband and my brother

The rest of the seats were just for anyone to sit wherever . I think you definitely have to have the bridesmaids and groomsmen, best man on the front rows as only 3-4 seats each side there because of the space u and h2b will need to stand and say vows.
Parents should be second row really

When we get married (in a hotel) my h2b will be waiting with his best man both standing the whole time. Our son (page boy) will either stand there too or walk down the aisle before or with my sister (bridesmaid) my sister will stand for the whole ceremony too. Ton my side front row will be my parents after my dad gives me away with a spare seat for ds who can either stand or sit (his choice) on oh's side front row will be his mum, 2 sisters and bil.

Then behind everyone else can sit where ever they like.
