I have read through a few threads now regarding pocket watches.
someone said they managed to get 5 pocket watches for just under £10.
Alot of other people have also mentioned pocket watches, but I was wondering how much each of you paid for an engraved pocket watch? Budget is fairly tight & am looking at pocket watches for make gifts as some of them drink, others dont, they all have completely different personalities but at the same time.... if i was to get something specific to each of them it will end up rather pricey.

I'd be really interested to know too, my wedding is a long long way away just yet but I want to get my husband to be a pocket watch as one of my gifts to him on our wedding day, he has a pocket watch tattoo where the hands show the date of when we became a couple so I feel it would be appropriate

Yeah I think 5 for £10 sounds a bit too good to be true as well, I was fully expecting to have to pay £100+, I think thank you presents for the men in the wedding party for us will more than likely be personalised glasses or something like that
yeh the 5 for £10 comment was in a post made by emma someone (i think there were numbers after the name emma) i simply used the search facility on comments and that came up... i will see if i can bump it.

yes that seems pretty cheap, they may break, im thinking of getting cufflinks for mine as presents, they do lots of different themed ones too! also handy to use for the shirts on the day :)

Maybe she meant just under a tenner each?? Cheapest I've seen is ones we've ordered off eBay that were £4 and got them engraved, they were good quality too, made of some kind of tin material but not shoddy x

Cheapest I've seen is £15 on bay of e so I think you would have to be really lucky to get 5 for under a tenner.

I just checked 3tsy and found them for 12p each!! Just search pocket watch and theres a list comes up, they are necklaces but can easilt be changed with a chain :-)

I know haha, i just bought an evenstar necklace for myself and a quiddich bracelet for my friend! Just hoping they arrive before the wedding now as i can wear the necklace on the day! I already got a gift for my friend for all the help she has given me, but it would be nice if that arrived in time to give her as well :)
