    Hi all well i've ordered a special guest book paid for it via p@yp@l at the beginning of january it said 6-8 weeks delivery but im still waiting! i emailed at around 7 weeks gone and she replied its due to be made and i can track my order online ( which i cant because only ordered as a guest) i signed up later on, at 9 weeks gone i e-mailed again and she said its ready it should of gone out but shes been in hospital etc so not had chance to get it to a courier but be with me asap, well its 11 weeks now and still not got it i e-mailed yesterday saying hope ok etc and asked where my order is but had no reply as of yet! she has been on fb putting status few weeks ago saying been in hospital etc so been delays but today saying there should be a week delay due to other stuff, but considering mine was apparently made weeks ago and im already on over 3 weeks delay, im really nervous now and its put a downer on me as i can't find another supplier who actually make what i want, what do you think i should do? wait for her reply or demand a refund but then im stuck :( it cost around £80 so not cheap :( plus all ive read is good things about her no bad reviews etc

    You've got plenty of time, so I would wait a little bit longer. I understand it's frustrating when things don't get delivered on time, but you can't hold it against her as she's been in hospital. I do think she should still be keeping in touch though. Does she live locally? Could you pick it up? Hope you get it sorted soon xx

    I would give it another 2 weeks perhaps? And if no response/delivery by then I would then go about asking for a refund. You want to leave yourself plenty of time if you need (and I hope you don't) to find something else and for it to be made/delivered.

    I would message and let her know that if it is not with you within X amount of time then you will unfortunately have to request a refund and take your business elsewhere as you are on a timeline yourself and will need to arrange another supplier to make therefore this needs to be ticked off your list sooner rather than later.

    Alternatively, if she lives not too far you could say you are happy to collect and the courier charge be refunded

    It's almost a month late, and she told you it was finished 2 weeks ago, I'd be a little mad by now. I would have rung/emailed and gave her 1 week to deliver, If not i'd be requesting a full refund.

    Glad you got it and its lovely :) Missweedles is it not a bit harsh to give someone a bad review for being in hospital? especially since she did keep in touch saying it was being made then delivered and explained her difficulties with being in hospital xxx
