Hey we have decided to give daytime guests and evening guests a welcome drink and have settled for either prosecco or champagne and beer , soft drink . Which would be better for Daytime and evening prosecco or champagne and what am I best having I table for meal. Red , white or rose ?? Xx

We just had a sparkling rose wine for toasting, then on the table we put a bottle of red and a bottle of white.

We are having Pimms as our toast drink - great idea from the people who run the hall where we are having our reception! And not bothering with wine on tables becuase barely any of our family drink it!

Been with my gorgeous 5years :)

As part of our package guests are getting a sparkling wine for toast, and a bottle of red and white on each table. Still wondering whether if I have any budget left come the wedding to buy all guests their first drink at the reception?

We had prosecco for welcome drinks, and toasting. We chose it over champagne because we prefer the taste of it.
If you want it jazz it up, we added hibiscus flowers to the welcome drinks.

We then had red and white wine, and water on the tables.

If you'd rather have a different choice of sparkling for welcome drinks and toasting, then that's up to you.
Chose what drink you'd like x

    Me personally, I prefer Prosecco.

We are having bottles of Red, White & Rose for the wedding breakfast. Prosecco for toasting and for after the ceremony we have bucks fizz or Pimms.

I prefer Prosecco as well, but to be honest at a wedding I would just be happy with anything fizzy.

My friend had champaign and I was surprised as it was really nice (she had free flowing and I ended up making up for most of the designated drivers... not through choice but because there were so many drivers there I ended up with a waitress following me round and topping my glass up) anyway turns out the champaign was really nice because they'd added archers to it.

For our welcome drinks we're having bucks fizz, then a glass of wine with the meal and fizzy wine for toast.... the wine they're serving for the toast I'm guessing is the same as the one's they were dishing out at the open evening and that was really nice.

We're going to have a high end prosecco rather than a low end champagne as they were the same price, and a good prosecco will taste miles better than cheap champers :)
