we are having church wedding and starting to make and order my stationary. just wondering how many order of service to make. we are inviting 67 adults and the rest are kids.
how many order of service are you making? are you doing 1 per person or making people share? are you doing any extras just in case? x

I bought 50.. We should have just over that in adults after taking kids and the bridal party off.. I'm going to get someone to hand them out per couple at first and then hand any extras out should people want them xxx

Maybe one for each couple/group/family?

im hoping that 50 will be enough as we are inviting 67 adults but hopefully a few will say no and a few will share.
heres a question for you tho...do you have to keep one aside for you and H2B? cant say ive ever noticed at a wedding whether bride and groom have one but i certainly wont remember the words to hymns lol x

I would probably make enough for at least 1/2 my adult guests, unless the service is especially complicated. I also recommend having some one hand them out. Orders of Service tend to be forgotten, so getting the ushers or someone else to pass them out helps to ensure people get them.
I'd do one per couple! It gets way too expensive otherwise. I will be making sure one of our Ushers saves us an order of service as a momentum for the day x

I would do one for at least every adult, and perhaps for any older children as well. I think it's nice for at least those children who can read and follow the service to have their own copy.
