Hi everyone, I'm getting married next September in the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Just after a bit of advice on wedding dresses, the dress that I want is an alfred angelo 1136, the price of this from my local shop is £895! We're trying to do the wedding as cheap as possible and I've seen on eBay the exact dress I want but it's from china I presume straight from the maker. Has anyone had any experience on ordering dresses from china as I'm a bit worried it won't look anything like it and the quality won't be good.. Any advice or help would be very appreciated.

Hi Lilnasha.
I saw a dress I'd tried on that was £975 absolutely stunning princess style however on a budget I didnt want to pay that so when i saw it on several Chinese ebay pages for something like £185 I thought is it too good to be true?? Definitely and obviously!! The only photographs on their site were the ones released from the designer so I emailed the business asking them to send me an actual photograph of the dress. Material looked cheap, crystals looked like they'd been stuck on with crazy glue and hemlines looked all over the place.
Now im not meaning to put you off, its a dress you want to feel special in on your special day so I know you'll want it to be perfect whatever the cost so id give them a quick email then at least you'll have a better idea. It may have just been the style I was after but my h2b's sister got hers off ebay for 70 and she looked ok.

Lilnasha, My advice to you if your looking for a cheap dress go for a used one one ebay. I have got mine and its stunning retails at around £900 and cost me £75!!!!
