    Hi everyone,

We're getting married two years today! Yippee! I can now buy insurance, and start buying things (I was really worried something would happen in the last 5 months, always waiting until we could get the insurance). Now, where did I put all those magazines, lol.

What does wedding insurance cover I'm getting wed 2015 also, but hadn't included this in my budgeting.

The insurance covers things like the venue going out of business, or having to re-arrange the day due to serious illness in the bridal aprty. It also covers if anything happens to the outfits or the rings/gifts or if your florist doesn't show up. It can also coer public liability. How much you get depends on the package you go for. Most of the packages I've looked at can only be bought 2 years in advance, and they range in price from about £20 to £100 (depending on the level of cover you want). I think it's one of the best things you could buy. Ours is costing £78, but will cover up to £15000, so it seems like a really good option. I buy travel insurance for my £500 holiday, I'm definitely going to buy it for a £12000 wedding!

Yay! It's exciting when you can start booking things. Good choice for getting insurance, that was the first thing I bought :) x
