Hi... i will soon be looking at ideas for flowers for my spring wedding next year, but i don't know where to start. What is a realistic price? What do i actually need? We plan on a church wedding - do we need flowers for the church as well? Any help will be greatly recieved. Im in the bucks area.

Hi NicolaF73, i got a flower quote through the other day which i will be going with. To be honest price seems to depend on the area that you live and the flowers that you choose.
Mine for an example - and i live in Hampshire-
- Brides Shower Bouquet - Bridesmaids bouquet x 4 (and their sized to their ages - e.g. adults full sized, teen smaller and child smaller still) - Buttonholes x 4 (groom, best man, fathers) - Registrars table flowers x 2 (which we're later moving to use on our sweet table) - Top table long & low arrangement - Table goldfish bowls with submerged roses with lights x 4 (which come with mirrors to put them on)
This also came with a set-up fee And altogether that's come to £383 for me :)

Anyone have any ideas how much detail you need to go into with the quotes as I did a flowers one on Sunday and have not had any replies. Yet did Photographers at the same time and have a dozen quotes!! Are there no florists in Cheshire? lol x

It's annoying there dosent seem to be any suppliers around Cornwall, I have used quote me for photographers, cars and entertainment and only ever had 3 back :( all photographers!

a - As far as lack of quotes are concerned this is because either there are not enough suppliers in your area or the advertisers haven't yet replied to your quote. We are adding hundreds more suppliers on to the site every month.
b - As far as getting a new quote - we have now added this for you (see - we do listen lol) - If you have not yet used our FREE - NO OBLIGATION QUOTE ME request service - Click on Get Quotes (on the top right of your screen). For all of our members who have used the service, but would like to amend and get new quotes YOU NOW CAN!!! Visit the Get Quotes pages and then click on - 'GET NEW QUOTE'
We have restricted this to a MAXIMUM of THREE Quotes (in total) - The way that we see it, is that you ask for a quote, then possibly readjust your quote when you know more about what you are looking for, you then may need to fine tune it for the final time so its EXACTLY what you are looking for!
