Hey all, H2B has had an idea and thought i'd share it with all of you and see what you think

We have been looking for a cadbury purple guest book for our big day to go with our colour scheme, and I found one earlier that I really liked, however, it was quite big (about the size of a wedding album, if not bigger!)
H2B saw it and said that if he was given that to write in he'd panic because of the size of it, and guests may stress etc or write silly things just to take up space.
So he had the idea that he'd make a post box out of wood that we could paint the right colour and put a nice home made sign on it (a Mr and Mrs one, or maybe even more personalised) and then give the guests a piece of card each to write their wishes on and post through the box! Then after the wedding I can put the messages alongside a photo of each guest in the big book that I found, so everyone is happy! (and H2B has something to make to keep him happy :))

Your Idea is kind of like mine H2B wants the guest book I shall be making die cut leafs in green and blue card for my guest to write a lil message on and also in the guest book may stick the leafs in the wedding book or may put a lil hole in the bottom and make a garland out of the messages our loved ones write ad hag up in the house as a keep sake =D We both win on this occasion =D ♥ X

we'll be doing something similar as we will be having a photobooth that comes with a guest book, it would of never occured to me to do my own that way though, what a clever h2b you have! thats a really good idea :)

Our photobooth comes with a guestbook too so that's what we'll end up using. Our photographer also does a pre wedding shoot and can use one of those for a guestbook too - not sure if thats free or included or what..but may see about linking the two together!
