As some of you know, the h2b an I are wanting to book kenya for our wedding, hope to get prices in april (thats when they come out) so how do i go about telling everyone? and give them the info as in hotel ,dates, prices? it will be a low deposit they need to pay so do i say now, if you want to come save a low deposit?

iv told the ones whom i think will be coming we are looking to book no later than may, and that it will be a low dep, just when i get prices, how am i to go about it

oh sorry misunderstood! i would probably photocopy all the info and send it to them? but phone etc and let them know thats waht you are doing? i'd do that x

How about sending it with 'save the dates', if you haven't sent those already. You can provide the information you want and the company you are using if it helps. If you're feeling imaginative maybe make it into a poem...... I'm useless at those but would make it fun. If you can maybe give a guestimate price.... let them know how much it is now but explain in will be different and you will confirm closer to the time....
we told people as soon as we booked our wedding abroad as its not cheap to get over there, we gave everyone who wanted to come enough time to save/pay for it. we booked ours 13 months in advance xx
